Having a restrictive budget and a short time frame to work with, KKS got the solution that we needed. Jeff quoted a plan that met our association's restrictions and stayed within our financial goals. We have lived in our home over 1-1/2 years and have been pleased with it's construction quality. Referred to us by a realtor friend, KKS's reputation lived up to our expectations. We are continuing to work with KKS as we are going to have them come up with designs for our basement.

We want to tell you how pleased we are with our new home. We have received numerous compliments from friends on the appearance and obvious quality of construction. I am particularly pleased with the soundness of the home. As you are well aware the wind can be rather strong here and thru the winter I was never aware of any draft on any level and so far this summer the house has been easy to cool. If we have occasion to build again, you can be sure we will consider KKS Builders.
We highly recommend KKS Builders to build a new home. They build a high quality home, for a fair price, and always take care of any problems that might arise after you move in. We first became acquainted with their company when we purchased a new home that they had just completed construction on in 1989. Then in 1994 we had KKS Builders to build us a new 2 story home. In 2006 we decided to have them build us an all brick retirement home with a screened in porch. We moved in it in February of this year and we absolutely LOVE it. After living in 3 KKS homes, we feel we are a good example of a "happy customer."
I have built two houses since my wife and I have been married. The first house was constructed in the year 2000 and was built by another contractor. It was a headache the day the construction began and took over a year to build. Our second house was built by KKS BUILDERS. When we had our first meeting with Jeff he said the process would take about 6 to 8 months to complete, depending on weather conditions. True to his word, we were in our house in just a little over 6 months. If we ever have an opportunity to build again we will have KKS do the job for us. They made the building process on our part, effortless. We feel these guys that work and own the family business are professional, honest and very dependable. Its almost like they are building a home for themselves, not for someone else. We are very pleased and would seek their professional help again. Our house that KKS built for us is now a "HOME" We recommend KKS Builders to all our family and friends. Thanks to Jeff, James & Jim and everyone at KKS Builders. |
